Rental Terms & House Rules

1. Purpose

This website presents Le Refuge de Magalli accommodation in Praz-sur-Arly. It is not a booking platform. Reservations and payments can be made directly or through partner platforms (Airbnb, Abritel, Booking).

2. Booking

Bookings can be made by direct contact (form, email, phone) or through partner platforms. Terms, rates, payment and cancellation conditions depend on the chosen booking channel.

3. Dates & Availability

Dates shown on the site are indicative. Rentals typically run Sunday to Sunday, especially in high season. Specific requests can be discussed based on availability.

4. Capacity

Maximum capacity: 12 persons including children. Bunk beds: max 60kg. Top bunk prohibited for children under 6 years.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM. Access code provided one week before arrival.

6. Use of Premises

Family and friends retreat. Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). No parties without authorization. No subletting.

7. Smoking

Non-smoking inside. Smoking allowed on outdoor terrace only. Use provided ashtray.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed for hygiene and allergy reasons.

9. Security & Liability

Lock doors and windows when absent. Owner not liable for theft, loss or accidents. Children under parental supervision at all times.

10. Cleanliness

End-of-stay cleaning included. Please leave the accommodation tidy, clean dishes, strip beds, empty fridge, take out trash.

11. Linens

Bed and bath linens provided. Please do not use household linens outside.

12. Equipment

Fully equipped kitchen, raclette/fondue sets, spa bath in L'Alpette room, BBQ and outdoor furniture. Leave all equipment as found.

13. Heating & Ventilation

Underfloor heating (wood boiler, ~20°C, not adjustable). Electric water heater in summer. L'Alpette room ventilation: reactivate before departure.

14. Internet

Wi-Fi provided free of charge. Illegal activities prohibited. Tenant responsible for internet usage.

15. Waste

Sort waste: yellow bins (recyclables), green bins (household waste), glass (public containers nearby).

16. Incidents

Report technical problems immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

17. Insurance

Tenant must have valid civil liability insurance covering rental property damage.

18. Acceptance

Any booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms and house rules. French law applies.
